On March 13th 2008 there was a secret closed door meeting of The United States House Of Representatives in Washington. In the history of The United States this is only the fourth time a secret meeting was held by the house. Even though Representatives are sworn to secrecy by House Rules XVII, some of the members were so shocked, horrified, furious, and concerned about the future of America by what was revealed to them inside the secret meeting, that they have started to leak this secret information to independent news agencies around the world. The mass media said almost nothing about the secret meeting of the House, mentioning only one of the items being discussed. (The new surveillance techniques that are going to be used by the US Government to watch all American citizens). The story was first released in a newspaper out of Brisbane, Australia revealing the contents of the secret US Government meeting and plans for America including all of it’s citizens. Shortly there after, David J Meyer from Last Trumpet Ministries found it and made it more available for the world to see...

Here is what was revealed:

The federal government is continuing the incremental agenda to build a Ministry of Love styled detention camp system for the American people According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency or ICE is building three new detention camps in the United States. The detention facilities will be minimum-security residential facilities that the federal government says will be used to house illegal aliens. Considering that the majority of the American people are against illegal immigration and just want immigrants to come into the country legally, most people will believe that this is a reasonable step to solve the illegal immigration problem. Unfortunately, this is really nothing more than a phony solution to solve a problem that has been created by government policies that have been implemented to encourage the illegal alien problem. The federal government is using the illegal immigration problem as an excuse to build the detention camp apparatus that is really meant for the American people.











This is pretty obvious considering Rex 84, the Army’s Civilian Inmate Labor Program, the preservation of detention camps for Japanese Americans used during World War II and additional detention facilities built by KBR Building a series of detention facilities is not going to resolve the illegal immigration problem with an administration that has supported policies to ensure as many illegal aliens enter the country as possible As the economy unravels and as more and more people begin to protest against this criminal government, the establishment will need these detention facilities to lock up large numbers of Americans

Recently in Waterloo Iowa, the federal government through ICE and FEMA built a temporary detention facility on the National Cattle Congress fairgrounds to round up a group of illegal aliens working in the area. Rounding up a few hundred illegal aliens does absolutely nothing to reverse the long standing policies that created the illegal immigration problem in the first place.











In fact, all they are doing to the illegal aliens they round up is to process them through their temporary FEMA camp This is clearly not an effective way to stop illegal immigration Under the guise of solving the illegal immigration issue they are simply having their people go through the motions in order to practice the deployment of a FEMA camp and the processing of live test subjects through the FEMA camp

According to a report from Radar Magazine, top secret continuity of government operations includes a database called Main Core which contains a list of 8 million Americans. During a national emergency, people in this database could be arrested and detained by government authorities. In 2007, George W. Bush signed National Security Presidential Directive 51 which gives the president authority over all three branches of government during a catastrophic emergency. The Bush administration has also refused to reveal details on specific details of continuity of government operations to the U.











S House Homeland Security Committee Perhaps the Main Core database and the plans to round up American citizens listed in this database during a national emergency is one of the reasons why they are keeping these details secret

FEMA has also announced that they are expanding a program to transport a large number of American citizens using trains during an emergency This is the same method that the Nazis used to transport large numbers of Jews and political dissidents to their death camps

At the very least, the federal government is setting up some sort of Orwellian Ministry of Love system with these FEMA camps. In George Orwell’s book 1984, thought criminals were taken away to the Ministry of Love where they were re-educated to love Big Brother. These FEMA camps would serve as suitable places for the federal government to take away political dissidents and protesters. If Radar Magazine's report on the Main Core database is accurate, this makes the possibility that these FEMA camps will be used for such a purpose quite real. Top this off with the fact that S 1959 the Homegrown Terrorism and Violent Radicalization Act of 2007 gives the federal government a blank check to establish various think tanks and commissions to study and target people who have certain belief systems under the guise of fighting terrorism and it becomes even scarier. The U.S. House of Representatives has already passed their version of the bill by a vote of 404-6. The U.S. Senate Homeland Security Committee has come out with a report suggesting that new legislation should be passed to deal with homegrown terrorism and the adoption of so called radical ideology. What better way to deal with people who have certain belief systems than to put them in FEMA camps that will be used for the purposes of re-education? It is no secret that the Bush administration has maintained a policy that endorses torture.











The 81 page torture memo that was authored by former Deputy Attorney General John Yoo is proof that the administration sought to justify torture using the phony terror war as cover There’s little doubt that they are attempting to socially engineer the general public to accept torture as an acceptable practice If they are successful in doing this, they will undoubtedly utilize these practices in any sort of Ministry of Love styled re-education camp system

At the very worst, the federal government is setting up these FEMA camps as a way to exterminate large numbers of people The elites of the world are obsessed with population reduction and these FEMA camps could easily be used to kill a large number of people

These actions by the federal government should be of the utmost concern to the American people.











The executive branch is being incredibly secret about continuity of government operations, there is legislation pending that will give the government a blank check to label particular belief systems as homegrown terrorism, the administration has written memos justifying the use of torture, they are maintaining a database of people who they’d round up during a national emergency and they are increasing the number of government run detention centers As the economy continues to unravel and as more and more people become unhappy with the criminals and tyrants that have taken over the government, there is a very good chance that the ever growing martial law apparatus could be used on the people This apparatus that they are setting up could be as bad if not worse than the Ministry of Love as depicted in George Orwell’s book 1984

Back in 1987 during joint congressional hearings into the Iran-Contra affair, Rep Jack Brooks (D-TX) asked Lt Col Oliver North, Reagan's point-man on the National Security Council:


Brooks: Colonel North, in your work at the N. SC were you not assigned, at one time, to work on plans for the continuity of government in the event of a major disaster?

Brendan Sullivan [North's counsel]: Mr Chairman?

Sen Daniel Inouye (D-HI), immediately squelched Brooks' inquiry:

Inouye: I believe that question touches upon a highly sensitive and classified area so may I request that you not touch upon that?

Brooks: I was particularly concerned, Mr.











Chairman, because I read in Miami papers, and several others, that there had been a plan developed, by that same agency, a contingency plan in the event of emergency, that would suspend the American constitution And I was deeply concerned about it and wondered if that was an area in which he had worked I believe that it was and I wanted to get his confirmation

Inouye: May I most respectfully request that that matter not be touched upon at this stage If we wish to get into this, I'm certain arrangements can be made for an executive session

Since those 1987 hearings, the "arrangements" alluded to by Sen Inouye about this prickly topic, Continuity of Government (COG), have yet to result in an open hearing before relevant congressional committees

Why?

On March 31, Peter Dale Scott posted an informative piece on CounterPunch asking that very question.











Why is Congress being sandbagged by the Bush administration on the thorniest of issues: the suspension of the US Constitution and the potential declaration of martial law in the event of a "catastrophic national emergency" Scott writes,

In August 2007, Congressman Peter DeFazio, a member of the House Homeland Security Committee, told the House that he and the rest of his Committee had been barred from reviewing parts of National Security Presidential Directive 51, the White House supersecret plans to implement so-called "Continuity of Government" in the event of a mass terror attack or natural disaster (Peter Dale Scott, "Congress, the Bush Administration and Continuity of Government Planning: The Showdown," CounterPunch, Monday, March 31, 2008)

While it is certainly a reasonable proposition to most citizens that the federal government should be prepared for disasters, man-made or otherwise, throughout its history COG has been tainted by its proximity to repressive police measures directed against the population (viewed as a hostile force to be "contained"), up to, and including the use of the bluntest of instruments: martial law

Yet the Bush administration, driven by its desire to maximize power within the Executive branch, has used COG as a cover for creating a "post-Constitutional" police state

After the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the White House moved quickly. John C.











Yoo, a Bush appointee in the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) , wrote a 20-page response to an inquiry sent to the office by White House Counsel Timothy E Flanigan A Federalist Society veteran of the 2000 Florida recount battle that ended when the Supreme Court handed the presidency to Bush, Flanigan sought the OLC's advice on "the legality of the use of military force to prevent or deter terrorist activity inside the United States," according to the New York Times

Yoo responded how the Constitution's Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable search and seizure might apply if the military used "deadly force in a manner that endangered the lives of United States citizens" Times reporter Tim Golden wrote:

Mr Yoo listed an inventory of possible operations: shooting down a civilian airliner hijacked by terrorists; setting up military checkpoints inside an American city; employing surveillance methods more sophisticated than those available to law enforcement; or using military forces "to raid or attack dwellings where terrorists were thought to be, despite risks that third parties could be killed or injured by exchanges of fire"

It was all the ammunition the administration needed Yoo's memorandum handed the Executive branch virtual carte blanche for its "Terrorist Surveillance Program," the Bush regime's odious "public-private partnership" amongst telecom corporations and the National Security Agency's (NSA) illegal monitoring of Americans' electronic communications

Golden went on to report,

Mr Yoo noted that those actions could raise constitutional issues, but said that in the face of devastating terrorist attacks, "the government may be justified in taking measures which in less troubled conditions could be seen as infringements of individual liberties" If the president decided the threat justified deploying the military inside the country, he wrote, then "we think that the Fourth Amendment should be no more relevant than it would be in cases of invasion or insurrection" (Tim Golden, "After Terror, a Secret Rewriting of Military Law," The New York Times, October 24, 2004)

Could such "infringements of individual liberties" include the preventative detention of "illegal immigrants," political enemies, or others deemed "suspect" by a "Unitary Executive Theory" that alleges the president possesses virtually unlimited power as "commander-in-chief" during a "time of war"?

According to Bush regime acolytes, the answer apparently is "yes" Subsequent reporting last week by The Washington Post, after reviewing the declassified version of Yoo's memo confirm this analysis

In early 2006, Peter Dale Scott uncovered a $385 million open-ended government contract awarded a Halliburton subsidiary, KBR, from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide "temporary detention and processing capabilities" Scott wrote,

The contract -- announced Jan. 24 by the engineering and construction firm KBR -- calls for preparing for "an emergency influx of immigrants, or to support the rapid development of new programs" in the event of other emergencies, such as "a natural disaster." The release offered no details about where Halliburton was to build these facilities, or when. ...

After 9/11, new martial law plans began to surface similar to those of FEMA in the 1980s. In January 2002 the Pentagon submitted a proposal for deploying troops on American streets.

In May 2007, Bush signed executive new orders NSDP51 and HSDP20 to replace REX84 The older order REX84 was an older directive to establish martial law in the event of a national emergency Everything done in government is done for a reason, and these two new orders are no exception

These new directives surprised and alarmed many real conservatives and true patriots at the time These two orders established that the White House administration would take over all local governments under a national state of emergency, instead of Homeland Security

In May 2007, The Washington Post apparently saw nothing wrong with it and placed the story back on page 13 (a fitting unlucky number for it), according to a CSPAN television interview with well known author and writer Jerome Corsi:

A contradiction appears to exist here It cites a nuclear attack or a decapitating event in Washington as the reason for this, according to security analysts If all the leaders and the administration in Washington are dead from a nuclear attack, who will be left to take over leading the nation under executive orders NSDP51 and HSPD20?Who would be left to sign the martial law orders? This implies that martial law must be activated BEFORE an attack takes place while the administration is out of town, which clearly implies a false-flag operation by traitors of the worst kind The administration was in Florida on 9-11, too

As of this writing in April 2008, we are coming up on a year since these two directives was written and signed There have been many rumors of false-flag attacks being prepared for 2008 Are these repeated rumors designed to destroy the credibility of whistle blowers, so when the real event is announced by a whistle-blower no one will listen? This question doesn't appear to have been asked by anyone, but it must be This many not be unlike the proverbial story of the boy who cried wolf But in this case the wolf isn't coming - he's already inside Now it's a question of when the wolf will make his move

Hitler took power through completely legal means. Laws were previously established in plain view of the German people before he made his dictatorial power grab. We appear are witnessing the very same thing happening today some seventy years later. Apparently no one on Capitol Hill has learned a thing from history as it repeats itself. They also have clearly forgotten Bush's words in December 1999 - "This job would be a heck of a lot easier if this were a dictatorship...just so long as I'm the dictator" He meant what he said, he's acting exactly like one and it's happening right now

America's case for a repeat of a Hitler type power grab is clearly underway First there was the infamous 1200 page Patriot Act that appeared a few days after 9-11 but almost no one on Capitol Hill took time to read, but almost everyone signed off on it anyway Some on Capitol Hill have said that soldiers with machine guns were in the hallways on Capitol Hill the night the Patriot Act was signed, and many felt intimidated they must sign it without reading it If true, then it implies that martial law may have already been declared in secret Soldiers in hallways have no place on Capitol Hill in civilian government Again, another sign of a dictatorship IN ACTION

Technically, Congress could nullify the Patriot Act overnight by claiming it was signed under duress

There have been other draconian follow-on homeland security type acts which simply were given less intimidating names All are good examples of political BS at work

Are NSDP51 and HSPD20 the last of them all? Most likely they are not We have no idea how many other orders have been signed in secret, such as the torture orders which were leaked to the media When confronted about the torture order, Bush simply has shrugged his shoulders about in total disregard and boldly claimed he signed off on it

Like paving stones, all the pieces have come together in plain sight to pave the highway to a completely legal totalitarian police state, with all of America to be controlled by the White House.











But is this legal? Bush has abused his executive order powers countless times like previous presidents Executive orders were originally created by Congress to establish relatively harmless laws without the need for Congressional approval, such as new legal holidays Congress can revoke that privilege at any time ­ that is, up until the time when martial law is declared Military troops will send Congress home making them powerless At that point we shall have passed the point of no return That is, if we haven't already

A look at the history of numerous third world countries around the globe proves one common thread exists ­ once the military takes control of its home country, it usually doesn't return control to civilian authorities once a war or threat to security is over And today America has been reduced to the status of a third world country as well American manufacturing is now almost totally defense industry-driven, which makes the return of government to civlian hands after war ends even less likely in the foreseeable future

With a 100 year war boldly proclaimed by the administration, civilian control will never be returned to Congress - for at least FIVE GENERATIONS

Martial law will require the full support of US military personnel to enforce it Foreign troops are called into enforce martial law will still require both direct and indirect support from US military personnel, or a military-military civil war could ensue But in the end, that may be what's needed to end the madness

Here is the REAL acid test - will military personnel voluntarily turn America into a police state virtually overnight? Will these same military personnel do nothing while they watch their friends and loved ones crushed under absolute law and absolute terror? Bread lines and soup kitchens will return, but most likely only within the confines of American POW camps on American soil This will force people to voluntarily turn themselves in to eat Perhaps a "guns-for-food" type program will be established to encourage the American people to disarm themselves, even though the door kickers will be sent out anyway

In military history it's well known that if you control the food supply, you control the people. Few people know that a secure area inside Wal-Mart headquarters in Bentonville, AR has a sign declaring that secured area belongs to Homeland Security.











Wal-Mart will become the food distributor for America under a rationing program There is no other larger food store chain that can provide the required logistics that store can In the 1990's, the military quietly did walk-throughs of all the major food store chains around the country taking notes Somewhere there is a document detailing what the plans are Certainly at the very least, it will entail securing ALL the grocery stores of any size Small corner grocery stores will be cleaned out in a day or two, and would be of no interest to the military

To believe such horrors could never happen in America, when it's now down on its knees already economically would be pure stupidity at the very least Those in real estate swore for decades that real estate prices would always go up, too Now these same people are panicking and on they are on their knees, too So much for greed, as they have earned their reward But what about innocent, hard working people that have always lived within their incomes? Do they deserve to suffer as well?

We live in a time when absolutely anything is possible A military coup is now required to prevent declaration of martial law, kick the foreign troops out of America and restore true civilian government Dangerous centralized dictatorship laws must also be nullified and this time, the lesson learned once and for all

No civilian militia can restore American law at this point They would only be labeled as terrorists and dealt with under new laws already in place We have reached the point where restoration to civilian law and government checks/balances can only come from the inside

But time is quickly running out
