Manchester, NH - Giuliani Strong-Arms Accredited Press!

Freelance reporter Matt Lepacek, reporting for Infowars.com, was arrested for asking a question to one of Giuliani's staff members in a press conference.

Jason Bermas, reporting for Infowars and America: Freedom to Fascism, confirmed Lepacek had official CNN press credentials for the Republican debate.

Freedom to Fascism reporter Samuel Ettaro was also dragged out after asking a question on Giuliani's ties with Cintra and Macquerie, two foreign contractors involved with the contentious Trans-Texas Corridor under development in Texas.

The entire incident took place in a large press auditorium, apart from the debate stages where authorized media were able to question candidates and their handlers.

This is criminal conduct that demands a Citizen response to Giulani and to the Republican National Committee.

Matt Lepacek, the reporter who was kicked out of the CNN press room and arrested after asking Rudy Giuliani's staff a question, has now been released on bail. Criminal indictments are now being pursued against the police involved as well as Giuliani's staffers for their flagrant abuse of the First Amendment, assault and wrongful arrest.

Lepacek appeared as a guest on the Alex Jones Show to relate his experience after the Republican presidential debate last night.

In addition to the details that were already outlined in our previous article, fellow We Are Change member Luke Rudkowski also related how he was just silently filming the fracas when Giuliani staffers, and in particular one unidentified female, started hitting and attempting to steal his camera, before Lepacek and Rudkowski were pointed out by the staffers and five to seven police arrived to grab them and throw them out of the building.

The female staffer was witnessed to be instrumental in alerting the police to the "crime" of Lepacek asking a question that the Giuliani camp weren't comfortable with.

Rudkowski was assaulted and questioned on who he was working for despite the fact that he hadn't even asked a question and was standing separately from Lepacek.

Lepacek was told that other eyewitnesses saw police stamp on one of the cameras as it lay on the floor.

Another eyewitness said that the entire arrest was clearly being directed by Secret Service, who were ordering the police to threaten anyone who asked questions about the incident with arrest.

Lepacek was later released on $400 bail but faces charges of criminal trespassing even though he had obtained a CNN press pass well in advance and the debate was a public event. State police have refused to hand back electronic equipment that they seized from the group.

CNN staff attempted to dissuade police from arresting Lepacek as he was led out into the parking lot but were ignored.

Presidential candidate Ron Paul was informed about what had occurred and stated words to the effect that while we are supposed to be spreading freedom and democracy abroad, we couldn't even handle it in New Hampshire.

We are now being inundated by media requests and expect this controversy to receive attention on the major news networks and newspapers over the coming days.

The fact that the Giuliani camp views it as legitimate to have members of the media intimidated, assaulted and arrested for asking a question should be a wake up call for the kind of America Giuliani would oversee as a future President and this incident should contribute to derailing his entire campaign.

The actions of the New Hampshire State Police were completely unconstitutional and we are now pursuing criminal indictments against the police involved as well as the Giuliani staffers that assaulted the group and their property, and demanding that any charges against Matt Lepacek be dropped immediately.

This represents a flagrant abuse of the First Amendment, clear wrongful arrest and an act of official oppression.

Reporter Arrested For Asking Giuliani Tough Questions


UPDATE: Here is video of the event in question. Matt Lepacek who is a reporter for Infowars.Com and a member of We Are Change had his Constitutional first amendment rights clearly violated. So much for free press. We are now living in the fourth reich.

The first amendment is under serious attack following an incident that took place at the GOP presidential debates up here in New Hampshire. Matt Lepacek a member of the activist/alternative media group We Are Change was arrested for simply attempting to question Rudy Giuliani about different issues including the fact that he previously lied to the We Are Change group about his involvement in the events of 9/11. This event shows that we no longer have freedom of speech or freedom of press in this country.

Even though Mr. Lapecek was unable to specifically question Giuliani he was able to pepper one of Giuliani's staff members with hard questions. Despite asking these questions in a respectful manner, Mr. Lepacek was escorted out of the building even though he was asking legitimate questions and had press credentials issued to him by the debate organizers. Mr. Lepacek protested his removal from the post-debate press area and demanded to know from police officers why his Constitutional rights were being violated. He attempted to re-enter the building and was subsequently arrested and charged with criminal trespassing for merely exercising his Constitutional rights. What made this even crazier was the fact that most of this was broadcast via a live web camera feed on the We Are Change web site. Hundreds of people witnessed Mr. Lepacek be arrested by the police officers even after he informed them that video of the events were being broadcast live on the Internet.

It would be one thing if he intentionally created a disruption during the debate itself or in the post-debate press area but he did nothing of the sort. All he wanted to do was ask Giuliani and other candidates the tough questions that the establishment media is afraid and unwilling to ask. What is really ridiculous is that he didn't even get a chance to question Giuliani and yet he was still escorted out of the building. Do we really have a free press if certain members of the press are selectively escorted away from political figures? We clearly have a situation where the establishment press is a lapdog for the government. A free press that is a watchdog of the government is one of the keys in having a free and open society. It appears clear from Lepacek's arrest that we have neither a free or open society.

Details are still sketchy on these events, but I witnessed a good portion of the web feed by watching the live video feed in the group's RV at the debate. I also got information from the other We Are Change members and everything indicates that this is an extremely disturbing event. His removal from the building was unjustified and his arrest for criminal trespassing was a clear violation of his Constitutional rights.

Welcome to Nazi America. Judging from the early reports of this event, it appears as if we no longer have a free press in this country. We'll provide an update on this event tomorrow as more details come available.

A group of New York City firefighters and family members of 9/11 victims, upset with the faulty radios and what they called a lack of coordination at Ground Zero, have been protesting at Rudy Giuliani’s fundraisers in an effort to challenge his media image as a 9/11 hero. But rather than air the allegations in a fair and balanced forum, FOX News marginalized the critics as “campaign crazies” and equated them with a man who said he would never vote for Romney because he’s a Mormon. Sadly, “Democratic strategist” Kirstin Powers declined the opportunity to advocate for the other side.

 

The discussion on last night's (5/31/07) Hannity & Colmes opened with Sean Hannity playing a clip of Romney politely approaching a potential constituent. “I’m one person who will never vote for a Mormon,” the man told Romney and refused to shake his hand. That was followed by a clip of Giuliani telling an unknown but aggressive questioner, “The fact is that I never realized the towers would collapse.” Hannity followed that up by repeating an old falsehood, that Republican guest Michael Steele “(was) hit with Oreo cookies” during a 2002 gubernatorial debate.

Powers seemed to have spent all her prep time on her appearance and none on any substantive issues. She either didn't know or didn't care that Hannity had just misrepresented the Oreo cookie incident. Her main interest seemed to be in flirting prettily with Hannity. She looked absolutely gorgeous but seemed to have nothing to say other than “this kind of stuff happens all the time on campaigns… A good politician, a good campaigner knows how to react.” It never seemed to have occurred to her that here was an opportunity to point out the vulnerabilities of a top Republican presidential candidate or even mention that there are plenty of real 9/11 heroes who take issue with Giuliani’s actions and his heroic image.

It was Alan Colmes who brought out the fact that Steele was not pelted with cookies but, as Steele later admitted, “when I looked at my feet, someone had rolled Oreo cookies in my direction.”

Colmes continued to make all the points Powers should have. He asked Steele, “What’s wrong with asking someone like Rudy Giuliani questions… there are some questions about, for example, the decision to put the emergency bunker on the 27th floor of the World Trade Center…. Those are legitimate questions to ask a candidate.”

Steele said it’s legitimate but attacked the off-camera questioner, first by saying that it was “after-action questioning” and then complaining about “the accusatory nature or tone… If you come to the question presuming the answer, then it’s not a fair question because anything the candidate says, you’re not gonna accept.”

Colmes turned to Powers and said, “Rudy Giuliani is being presented in this campaign as America’s mayor, the hero of 9/11, there are some people who take sincere issue with that. Is that not a fair line of questioning to ask him?”

Powers agreed it was “absolutely fair.” But the feckless Democrat quickly blew the golden opportunity to advocate for her Party that Colmes had just dropped in her lap. Instead, she changed the subject back to the same talking point she had already made and for good measure, she threw in a barb at Hillary Clinton. “I think the candidates should expect people to – some people are frustrated, this is where they have their outlets, I’ve even defended people who have heckled Hillary Clinton for her vote on the war.”

So once again, Colmes did Powers’ job for her. He brought up how Giuliani had “a frozen zone” where he was speaking. Turning back to Steele, Colmes said, “I understand the need for security and protection but these people should be approachable. If they’re going to be our representatives, we should be able to approach them and ask them questions.”

At first, Steele tapdanced, saying that since Giuliani doesn’t have the same Secret Service protection Obama has, the buffer zone is needed. But, when Colmes pressed further about what level of approachability there should be, Steele admitted he had been very approachable as a candidate. Steele then backpedaled further by saying that both Clinton and Giuliani knew how to deal with these situations. “You don’t need to create such a buffer where the candidate is unapproachable. You want to give them the chance to show how they handle pressure.”

That sounded to me like a concession to Colmes' point. But Hannity broke in to end the segment. Powers, of course, said nothing.

The only thing worse than a Giuliani/Romney ticket would be a Clinton/Obama White House cluster fuck! I think I understand R. Paul's plan, or at least I hope he is thinking like I am! If he had declared independent or Libertarian, he would have received no exposure in the Repub debates. He had to be smart enough to know he could make those robot douchenozzles look stupid...which he did! He also knows that Giuliani is one of the NWO's candidates and that Clinton is the other...since they both have such unclean hands which guarantees their loyalty via the threat of a "leak" about their infinite sliminess. They both have bloody secrets to hide and that's all it takes to be inducted in to the Illuminati hall of shame.





Once Paul has established himself as the clear winner of the debates and is still kicked to the curb regardless in
favor of Rudy the Judas Goat Giuliani, he will declare as the Libertarian or Independent Candidate (hopefully with Cynthia McKinney as his running mate!) and be allowed to continue the Presidential candidate debates with the NWO show ponies, Rudy and Hillary. If he does choose McKinney as his VP, the Demo and Repub VP candidates will get totally creamed in the VP debates too!



That should be like taking candy from a couple of retarded babies and virtually assure the people at Diebold will be in a total tizzy until election day trying to figure out how to engineer still another stolen presidency! It's a lot harder with a third party candidate who isn't in on the fix like Kerry was...and no one's forgotten that Gore really did win in 2000! The eyes of every Paul voter will be on Ohio and especially Florida this time around.



The next election will be the first that is heavily influenced by the internet and that's Ron Paul's greatest strength... and the Achille's tendon of the pathetic NWO poster kids. It should be very interesting...if Paul is for real and can think outside the shadow government box! If not, I've been thinking a lot about Amsterdam lately.....

9/11 family members, firefighters and members of the activist group We Are Change confronted Rudy Giuliani for a second time earlier this week, as the former New York Mayor refused to answer questions about his foreknowledge of the WTC collapse and the desecration of the victim's remains.

This extended footage picks up where media reports about Tuesday's confrontation with Giuliani left off, showing WeAreChange.org leader Luke Rudkowski educating the media about the former New York Mayor's criminal complicity in 9/11.

Fellow members Sabrina Rivera and Matt Lepacek also tell the press gaggle about how Giuliani mandated the scoop and dump policy which led to victim's remains being used to fill in potholes and also how the statement he had just given about having no forewarning of the collapse of the towers completely contradicted his previous statement to Peter Jennings made on 9/11.

WNBC later obtained the transcript from the Jennings interview and updated their story, clearly illustrating Giuliani's deceit.

The video then shows the We Are Change activists being hassled and told to leave the property by a man who refuses to identify himself, after which the group are followed by an NYPD vehicle.

Arriving at the second event Giuliani was scheduled to attend that day, we witness 9/11 victim's family members and firefighters protesting and giving media interviews about Giuliani's scoop and dump policy as well as his involvement in the criminal cover-up of the toxic air scandal, which has led to debilitating and terminal illnesses for many of the heroes who were the first responders on that day.

Giuliani then exits the building to the sound of boos, catcalls and shouts of "you're scum" from the We Are Change Group and the family members.

NYPD force the group and the family members to stand on the opposite side of the road but when an official is asked about it, he fails to cite the law that requires it and then claims "nobody forced you to stand over here."



The group then approach Giuliani and ask him about Building 7 and the cover-up of the crime scene. Giuliani flashes his usual schoolboy smirk before stating "You're not gonna stop me from signing this autograph."

Giuliani's security thugs start pushing the group away as one states, "You just smile like the crap you are."

Giuliani is asked again why he refused to warn the firefighters that the towers were coming down when he had foreknowledge but quickly leaves, flanked by several of his goons. The group are again pushed and told to leave by Giuliani's security detail.

The We Are Change group have been on fire in the past few weeks, getting in the face of Larry Silverstein's security thugs, as well as globalists David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski. They have also recorded confrontations with Al Gore and John Edwards, both of which will be featured here in the next few days.
