Aaron Russo Resigns as Head of Organizations

As you may have heard by now, Aaron Russo has resigned his position as the head of Americia: Freedom to Fascism and Restore the Republic in order to focus on personal health concerns regarding his battle with cancer.

He wishes to maintain complete focus on getting well and has therefore entrusted Gary Franchi, National Director, as the head of these organizations. Along with Samuel Anthony Ettaro, National Media Director and Ilona Blakely, his Press Secretary, Mr. Franchi and the growing national team will continue both organizations as true to Mr. Russo's vision as possible.

We are asking the members of our organizations to contribute to a fund drive effort to raise money for Mr. Franchi to join Aaron in California and establish his wishes through a personal visit.

At the request of Mr. Russo, Mr. Ettaro has begun a broadcasting partnership this week with the good folks at WTPRN as the national voice of RTR Media. The team will continue working to bring the message, vision, passion and focus of RTR, AFTF and Mr. Russo himself to the national airwaves on a daily basis. Ettaro's begins this effort today with guest appearances on various WTPRN shows kicking off with the Michael Badnarik show (8amEST-10amEST), and later in the day on Jack Blood and Lone Lantern among other shows to discuss the current situation and answer questions from listeners and supporters of Mr. Russo. Regular national broadcasts on behalf of RTR Media will begin in the coming weeks. Look for more information on the time slot for this new show.
