If Bush was waterboarded for thirty seconds, he would admit that Grandpa was a Nazi financier/treasonist, that Poppa Bush arranged the assassination of JFK, MLK and RFK in order to climb to the top of the CIA, that Pops was in on the Reagan assassination attempt in order to become the defacto President and that he himself still uses cocaine, booze and has gay sex with Jeff Gannon. It's obviously not "torture", Dubya...it's just organic truth serum. LOL! Sort of like Baptism.
